５．業務の委託

当社はお客様にサービスを提供するにあたり、その業務の一部を委託し、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で業務委託先に対して個人情報を提供することがあります。その場合には業務委託先との間で個人情報の取扱いに関する契約を締結すると共に、委託先への必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

７．個人情報の管理について

当社は、お客様から個人情報保護法に基づく開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止、または利用目的の通知にかかわるご本人からのご請求があった場合には、ご請求頂いた方がご本人であることを確認のうえ、個人情報保護法に従い、適切に対応いたします。

個人情報の開示等の申請に際しては、当社所定の申請書にご記入頂き、本人確認の必要書類を添えて郵送にてご請求頂きます。また、開示または利用目的の通知をご請求される場合は、ご請求ごとに 1,000 円の手数料を申し受けます。

② ご要望に沿えない場合

以下の場合には開示・訂正等のご請求に応じることができないことがあります。

7. Management of Personal Information

Our company appropriately manages the personal information of customers and implements necessary safety management measures to prevent leakage, loss, alteration, or other unauthorized access.

When a customer submits a request for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of provision to third parties, or notification of the purpose of use in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, our company will verify that the requester is the individual in question and respond appropriately in accordance with the law.

2. Cases Where Requests May Not Be Fulfilled

We may not be able to respond to requests for disclosure or correction in the following cases:

  1. When the Identity of the requester cannot be verified.
  2. When disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other right\s or interests of the requester of a third party.
  3. When disclosure may significantly interfere with the proper execution of our business operations.
  4. When discloser would result in a violation of other laws or regulations.
